Refund Policy
Purpose & Legal Context
This Policy sets forth the terms governing all tuition payments, scheduling changes, and cancellation requests for tutorial services (“Programs”) provided by Green Gardens Prep.
Fee Schedule
Upon enrolment, each student pays a non-refundable registration and diagnostic assessment fee that covers administrative onboarding and placement testing. A materials fee—also non-refundable once any physical books or digital licences are issued—applies per instructional level or on an annual basis, as relevant. Core tuition is purchased in pre-paid lesson packs of 10, 20, 30, or 40 sixty-minute sessions, and these payments are final and non-refundable. Likewise, all optional services such as holiday camps, workshops, or test-preparation intensives must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. All lessons in a pack must be completed within six (6) months of the first scheduled session unless Green Gardens Prep grants a written extension.
Withdrawal & “All-Sales-Final” Clause

No Monetary Refunds. All payments—registration, materials, tuition, and optional services—are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to withdrawal, relocation, illness, or force-majeure events.

Lesson-Credit Option: Should a student withdraw before using all lessons in a pack, remaining lessons may be credited to the same student for up to 90 days or transferred once to an immediate family member, provided written notice is received at least 30 days before the credit expires.

Un-used Credits: Any lessons not used or transferred within the validity window lapse automatically and have no cash value.
